Investing in the Kingdom of God
Just shy of two weeks ago, we sent you an invitation to be a part of the Lord's work in New England with us through a building project that will provide what we hope will be a bright Gospel light for generations …
Blessings in the Gospel’s Power
Responding to opportunities to bless the people of Middleton and share the Gospel …
Warm Greetings from Chilly New England
Our Father in Heaven has been supplying our every need & many of our desires & we invite you to PRAISE His Holy Name with us, for He is GOOD beyond what we can ever fully describe or imagine! Amen?
The Blessing of Sharing
In exactly one month, we’ll have been here in New England for 3 years. So much GOOD is happening here & we have much to celebrate & anticipate! The GOSPEL is alive here, working in, around, & through our family, because GOD has sent you to help & bless & work with us from your home.
Why We’re Here
We’re going to share below what the Spirit is revealing to us to be important highlights & have faith the Spirit will use them to point you to Jesus, which is our purpose on Earth while we wait & watch for the blessed hope & glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ (Titus 2:13).
July in New Hampshire
Life now is joy mingled with sorrow, blessing mingled with burden, justice mingled with injustice, but only for a little while. Even if the sorrows, burdens, & injustices linger for decades, there is a wonderful answer to the psalmist's good question of "How long, O Lord?!" And that's reason enough to rejoice forever!
Celebrate God’s Everlasting Goodness!
Our trip to Kalamazoo was refreshing and encouraging! I am so thankful for the opportunity to reconnect, catch up, and fellowship with friends. The way each of you encourages me in my faith is a blessing to me, and my heart is full!
Conversations & Encounters
God has put Biblical hospitality on my heart over the past year, so after we wrapped up our Women’s Bible Study on Ephesians, we began meeting in January to study and practice hospitality …

How can it be December of 2022 already, dear friends?
We're one month closer to Jesus' return than the last time we sent an update!
A Look Back …
We’re taking a little trip back in time to revisit God’s goodness this past season of ministry here in spiritually dark New England. On May 18, 2022, we sent out the following “report”
Jesus is Worthy!
The ministry of the New Testament church is alive & well because those who have sent us with prayers & dollars have done so, in our Father’s will, by Christ’s command, & through the Spirit’s leading.
A Rich & Full Ministry
It seems like it’s been a long time since our last note to you, but that’s only because the Lord had been KIND to provide us a rich & full ministry of Gospel opportunities at every turn
Do Good to All
It's been a wild ride with the Lord in New England this summer. Life here is rich and full, and there's no lack of opportunity to please the Lord here where most people are "over" Christianity. Most are not hostile, really, but indifference is its own kind of hostility.
He Is Worthy
It’s hard to believe that we’ve arrived at our second anniversary on the field as missionaries. In Psalm 103, we find David reminding himself of the benefits of following the Lord & we testify with him that He is worth following—He is worthy!
The Scott Family’s First 100 Days in New England
Today marks 100 days since we arrived in New Hampshire on December 2nd, 2020. The saints of Middleton Gospel Chapel & the residents of the community have been welcoming, encouraging, kind, & helpful in every way.
Greetings From New Hampshire
Friends, family, & partners, the Lord is blessing our socks off (brrrr!) as He continues to provide the grace to manage the tail end of another transition & as we are shoveling out of Winter Storm Gail’s “Welcome to New England” gift of a little less than 20” of snow in 12 hours.
The Move to Middleton
It’s been 3 months since our last Scott family update, sent in July. The thrust of that update was sharing how the Lord’s been working in, around, & through our family here in Eastern Pennsylvania.
Words of Hope in the Northeast
While it’s not news that most of America is moving away from Christ, that process is happening faster & has been happening longer in some regions more than others.
A Visit to Kalamazoo
Warm greetings to you, dear friends & family, from Eastern Pennsylvania! It's been an eventful few months for us & we see the Lord working!
